This Privacy Policy describes what data flashforgelab.ru (the "Site") collects, how it uses and protects it. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

FlashForge LAB is an independent community of FlashForge 3D printer users. We are not an official representative of FlashForge.

2️⃣ Data we collect

Data you provide

• Email — on registration
• Nickname — on registration and profile edit
• Avatar — image URL
• Password — stored only as bcrypt hash, we never see the original
• Messages in support, forum, order chats, contact form
• VK ID — on VK login: user_id, name, avatar, email (if allowed)

Technical data (collected automatically)

• IP address
• Country and city (via ip-api.com by IP)
• User-Agent: browser, OS, device type
• Pages you visit and visit time
• Referer — where you came from

3️⃣ How we use data

• Authentication and account operation
• Forum, chats, orders, reviews
• Visit statistics and load analysis
• Protection from spam, bots and attacks
• Improving the Site
• Responding to your support requests

We do not sell or share your personal data with ad networks.

4️⃣ Cookies & Local Storage

• PHPSESSID — auth session (httponly, secure)
• user_token — "Remember me" token (stored 30 days)
• readNews — which news you have read
• statsExpanded — stats panel state
• hideNewsUntil — hide news popup until tomorrow

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. This may log you out and reset your preferences.

5️⃣ Third parties

• ip-api.com — receives your IP to determine country and city
• VK ID — on VK login
• AliExpress — affiliate links in the shop, clicking them passes standard browser data
• Google Fonts, unpkg.com — CDN for fonts and libraries, receive your IP

We do not share your email, nickname or passwords with third parties, except as required by law.

6️⃣ Storage & Security

• Data is stored on servers located in Russia
• Passwords — only as bcrypt hashes
• Connection — HTTPS only
• Sessions protected with httponly and secure cookies
• Regular DB backups

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no site can guarantee absolute security.

7️⃣ Your rights

• View your data in "My profile"
• Change nickname, email and avatar
• Change password
• Delete account — write to support@flashforgelab.ru
• Request a copy of your data

8️⃣ Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent and find that your child has registered — contact us, we will delete the account.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. The last update date is shown at the top.
