1️⃣ General

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of flashforgelab.ru (the "Site") and all its sections, including the forum, printers catalog, 3D models marketplace, order system and support.

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you disagree — please stop using the Site.

FlashForge LAB is an independent community of FlashForge 3D printer users. The Site is not an official resource of FlashForge and is not legally affiliated with it.

2️⃣ Registration & Account

Requirements

• Age 13+ (if younger — only with parental consent)
• One person — one account
• Provide a valid email
• Using someone else's data is prohibited

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password secret
• Do not share your account
• Immediately report a hack to support@flashforgelab.ru
• Be responsible for all actions under your account

3️⃣ Code of Conduct

On the Site it is prohibited:

Violation of these rules leads to a warning, temporary or permanent account block — without prior notice.

4️⃣ Forum & Chats

• Messages must not violate the Code of Conduct (see section 3)
• Creating duplicate topics is prohibited
• Bumping topics more than once per 24 hours is prohibited
• Moderators may edit, move or delete messages without explanation
• Private messages must not be used for spam

5️⃣ Printers & Orders

The Site provides a platform to connect clients and 3D printing masters. We are not a party to the transaction and are not responsible for quality, timing or payment.

The master agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about themselves and services
• Complete orders within agreed terms
• Respond to client messages
• Not take prepayment without readiness to complete the order

The client agrees to:

• Pay for orders in the agreed amount
• Not send models prohibited for printing (weapons, drugs)
• Leave honest reviews

6️⃣ Marketplace

• The seller guarantees the model is created by them or they have the right to sell it
• Selling models that infringe third-party copyrights is prohibited
• Selling weapons, drugs and dangerous items is prohibited
• The Site takes a commission on sales (if applicable)
• Refunds — by agreement with the seller

7️⃣ Premium & Payments

• Premium gives additional features: nickname color, effects, extended stats
• Premium payment — one-time or subscription, depending on plan
• Refunds — only if the service was not provided due to our fault
• If rules are violated, Premium may be removed without refund

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

Your content

By publishing texts, photos, models, you retain copyright. By posting content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and store it as part of the Site.

Site content

Logo, design, texts, structure of the Site — owned by FlashForge LAB. Copying without permission is prohibited.

FlashForge trademarks

FlashForge®, Adventurer®, Creator® are trademarks of FlashForge. We use them for informational purposes only.

9️⃣ Firmware & Software

• Firmware is provided "as is" for user convenience
• Before installing — read the instructions and make a backup
• We are not responsible for bricks, failures or data loss
• Links lead to original FlashForge sources where possible

🔟 Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation without failures
• No errors or viruses
• Accuracy of user content
• Preservation of all data without backups

1️⃣1️⃣ Limitation of Liability

FlashForge LAB is not responsible for:

• Indirect losses, lost profits
• Actions of third parties — sellers, masters, advertisers
• Equipment damage resulting from firmware use
• Disputes between users

1️⃣2️⃣ Blocking & Deletion

We reserve the right without warning to:

• Block accounts for violating the Terms
• Delete any content that violates the rules
• Refuse service without explanation
• Delete inactive accounts (over 3 years)

You can delete your account at any time — write to support@flashforgelab.ru. Some data may remain in backups and logs.

We may change the Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you agree to the new version.
